- Led backend improvements by introducing CI/CD pipelines, test coverage for core business logic, and automated backups. These efforts reduced deployment time, improved code quality, and minimized data loss risks.
- Drove a transition to Flutter across mobile and web, despite initial resistance. By the time I left, Flutter became the primary framework for mobile apps and dashboards. This shift also streamlined the team from 5 mobile to 3 Flutter and from 4 to 3 web developers, optimizing budget and resources.
